VINIFICATION

It is obtained from Moscato grapes which, after an accurate selection in the vineyard, have passed through a natural process of concentration of sugar, reaching a very high alcoholic content (15°-18°).
The juice, dense and aromatic, obtained from the pressing of grapes, is storaged in little barrels for a slow fermentation until its alcoholic content reaches about 11°-12°.
This preliminary process takes more than one year.
Finally it is sterilised bottled to preserve it sweet and well-balanced.

TASTING NOTES

Rich yellow with golden lights.
Aromatic notes reminiscent of the original flavours enriched by the slow barrel fermentation.
Full-bodied taste.

FOOD PAIRINGS

At the end of the meal with desserts. For expert gourmets it is excellent with mature or marbled cheeses or with the delicious paté de foi gras.
