Vinification

Average yield per hectare: 184 bushels grapes harvesting in the first ten days of September.
Soft pressing, separation of the must from the skins, filtering and storage in refrigerated containers.
Fermentation in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks until its alcohol content reaches about 5,5%.
Filtering and sterilized bottling.

Tasting notes

Rich straw yellow color.
Typical intense, aromatic nose.
Sweet at taste with notes af sage and ripe fruits.

Food Pairings

At the end of the meal with desserts.
Because of its low alcohol content it can be enjoyed as a thirst quencher throughout the warm season.
To be served chilled (46° F).
